1. Standard Orders (Weight Under 5 kg)
- You may request a return within 15 days of receiving the product.
- Items must be unused, unopened, or in like-new condition.
- A valid order number or proof of purchase is required for return requests.
- We are unable to process return or refund requests after the 15-day window, thank you for your understanding.
2. Refund Information
- We will notify you by email once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- If the return is approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
- The refund amount will exclude the original shipping fee and any return shipping costs.
3. Bulk and Custom Orders
- Custom orders (including products with special requirements) will be provided with confirmation details such as product photos or videos before shipment, and require mutual approval before dispatch.
- Bulk orders (20+ units,) are considered confirmed once placed; we do not provide additional confirmation prior to shipment. Please ensure all product details, quantities, and requirements are accurate before ordering.
- Bulk and custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once confirmed and shipped.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Please contact us at sales@skillssist.com before returning any item to obtain the designated return address.
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and the original international shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If the refund is approved, any related fees incurred during the return process (such as payment processing fees, typically around 2% of the order amount) may be deducted from the refund.
- To ensure the safe delivery of your return, we strongly recommend using a trackable international shipping service and properly packaging the item. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.
